The Vail is a modern outdoor building with translucent Lexan roof panels that lets in a lot of natural light. Lexan is an excellent roofing material as it is super durable and virtually unbreakable. The Vail can be used as a sunroom, spa gazebo, or backyard recreational studio. The wall panels are made of Durawood which looks like wood but is made of a high-quality synthetic material that is maintenance free and environmentally friendly. The Vail has aluminum framed doors and windows to ensure smooth opening and closing. Optional sliding windows are available.
The interior wall to wall dimensions is 142 3/4″ x 95 1/4″. The exterior wall to wall dimensions is 148 3/4” x 101 1/4″. The roof height is 112 1/4″. Truss height is 96”
