Description
The Zento Coastal Gray is a synthetic wood gazebo designed to protect you and your spa from the elements while maintaining an open feeling. The gazebo includes two louver side windows for added privacy and a skylight to view the stars at night.
The interior wall to wall dimensions is 108 5/8″ x 108 5/8″. The exterior wall to wall dimensions is 114 1/4″ x 114 1/4″. The roof dimensions are 133 7/8″ x 133 7/8″.

Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping and Pickup Options
Orders are shipped FOB destination (third-party freight terminal or residence, depending on crate size) within the continental United States and Canada. Customers may alternatively make pick-up arrangements with Westview Manufacturing at Westview’s warehouse.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be invoiced at the time the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply to terminal and alternate arrangement deliveries depending on the model size and restrictions due to the receiver’s location. Additional storage charges will be incurred for any shipments not picked up within the specified “free storage time” provided by Westview Manufacturing’s partner carriers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All pre-order and overstock sale items are not cancellable, not returnable, and deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellable orders that are requested before the customer receives the merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns and RMA Process
All returns must have a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization). To obtain an RMA, contact our customer service department at 1-800-895-1972 and have your invoice information available. The customer service department will provide you with details of where to ship the returned product.
Merchandise returns may only be shipped to our warehouse locations that are authorized to accept inbound merchandise. Terminal locations where your product was originally shipped from do not necessarily accept inbound merchandise, as many are outbound only.
Important: Do not ship the gazebo to the location where your unit was originally shipped. Westview will not provide refunds or be responsible for merchandise shipped to any unauthorized location or without a valid RMA.
Return Freight Charges
The customer is responsible for return freight charges. Freight charges for return shipments arranged by Westview Manufacturing will be provided to the customer prior to the shipment being picked up by Westview MFG’s partner carrier, and that amount will be deducted from the final customer refund.
Before purchasing my hot tub enclosure, I did a lot of research and read several reviews. I finally settled on this one and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The design is sleek and modern. The enclosure is made from very soil materials. It keeps my hot tub clean and keeps out all the bugs allowing me to use it year-round. Installation was easy and the instructions were clear. I highly recommend this hot tub enclosure to anyone looking for a stylish and functional addition to their backyard.
Took longer to put together than the directions said but was still not bad. Was able to put a lot of sections together by myself and then got help to attach it all together. Was actually pretty easy. Hardest part was making sure the roof sections were square. It is up and beautiful. The wife is really happy and we will get many years of family use of the gazebo. Neighbors all love it and think it is awesome
I ordered from Westview’s web site because it was the cheapest, I could find. (some sites was $6000). This one was on sale for $4888. I was so scared something was wrong with it. Turns out all the pieces was there and none of it was missing! It took 2 people a total of 5 hours to assemble but wasn’t bad at all. We are so pleased with how it turned out.
Nice gazebo. My wife and I love the openess of this gazebo. It was also really easy to assemble. Only took me about 3 hours in total with the help of my son Jacob.
The gazebo took 2 weeks to arrive from when i ordered it! I was expecting it to arrive in a few days so i didn’t get it set up in time for my daughters party. So besides the later than expected delivery the gazebo is good.
The shutters are great to keep my nosy neighbors from looking at my daughters when they are in the hot tub. This is a good buy and the fake wood is nice. I can’t tell the difference.
My parents bought this gazebo last month, and we all love it. It gives us an area around the tub to hang out when my friends come over to visit.
Hi Richard. We are really happy with our Zento gazebo. The quality is much better than we expected. The Ultrawood is beautiful. We love the open design as we have a great view off our deck. The boys took about 3 hours to put it up. We highly recommend this gazebo.
Looks really great in my backyard. It was easier to put up than I thought it would be for a spa gazebo and it has already withstood a few pretty hard rainstorms! Love the bar and stools around the Zento. Really impressed.

The spa gazebo offers us privacy which is the main reason we got it. The Zento was easy to install and the completed structure adds value to our home. Overall, a good experience.
