The Whistler Collection is our heavy duty composite wood gazebo line. The Whistler collection is made of a composite material called Ultrawood that looks very much like wood but lasts longer than wood. Ultrawood is durable and very low maintenance. The entrance door can be placed on any side of the gazebo.

The Whistler 12×18 is one of our largest composite material spa enclosures providing room for an 8-foot square spa with room for steps, a sofa, coffee table, and more to relax around a hot tub.

This designer inspired hot tub enclosure includes a Duraflex PC roof with a skylight and lockable sliding windows made with aluminum frames and optional tempered glass. The entrance consists of 2 large lockable swing French doors made of heavy duty aluminum. Additional upgrades are available for a fee including a screen kit and roof bracket support. Multiple upgrades can be added together at a reduced cost.

The interior wall to wall dimensions is 132.68″ x 208.27″. The exterior wall to wall dimensions is 137.40″ x 212.99″. The roof dimensions are 155.03″ x 230.62″.

    Are all the windows glass? Or is tempered glass only in the door?

    Hello Terry, The Windows on our Whistler 12x18 gazebo are made of standard glass with the exception of the curved corner panels and skylight which are plexi glass. We have a tempered glass upgrade available for the gazebos which is 5 to 10 times stronger than the standard glass and should it happen to break it will \"spider\" similar to auto glass rather than break into sharp shards. The curved corner panels would remain plexi glass. We do not want our customers to have to replace an expensive piece of molded glass, tempered or other wise, should something happen over its lifespan.

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping and Pickup Options

Orders are shipped FOB destination (third-party freight terminal or residence, depending on crate size) within the continental United States and Canada. Customers may alternatively make pick-up arrangements with Westview Manufacturing at Westview’s warehouse.
Please contact the Westview Manufacturing customer service line at 1-800-895-1972 for more information regarding alternate shipping arrangements.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be invoiced at the time the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply to terminal and alternate arrangement deliveries depending on the model size and restrictions due to the receiver’s location. Additional storage charges will be incurred for any shipments not picked up within the specified “free storage time” provided by Westview Manufacturing’s partner carriers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All pre-order and overstock sale items are not cancellable, not returnable, and deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellable orders that are requested before the customer receives the merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns and RMA Process

All returns must have a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization). To obtain an RMA, contact our customer service department at 1-800-895-1972 and have your invoice information available. The customer service department will provide you with details of where to ship the returned product.
Merchandise returns may only be shipped to our warehouse locations that are authorized to accept inbound merchandise. Terminal locations where your product was originally shipped from do not necessarily accept inbound merchandise, as many are outbound only.
Important: Do not ship the gazebo to the location where your unit was originally shipped. Westview will not provide refunds or be responsible for merchandise shipped to any unauthorized location or without a valid RMA.

Return Freight Charges

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. Freight charges for return shipments arranged by Westview Manufacturing will be provided to the customer prior to the shipment being picked up by Westview MFG’s partner carrier, and that amount will be deducted from the final customer refund.
