The Cordoba Collection is our modern composite wood gazebo line. It is made of a composite material called Ultrawood, which looks very much like wood but lasts longer than wood. Ultrawood is durable and very low-maintenance. The entrance door can be placed on any side of the gazebo. 

The Cordoba 12×16 is a large hot tub enclosure providing room for an 8-foot square spa with room for steps and a small sofa to relax around a hot tub. 

This designer-inspired hot tub enclosure includes a Duraflex PC roof with a skylight and lockable sliding windows made with aluminum frames and optional tempered glass. The entrance consists of 2 large lockable swing French doors made of heavy-duty aluminum. Additional upgrades, including a screen kit and roof bracket support, are available for a fee. Multiple upgrades can be added together at a reduced cost. 

The interior wall to wall dimensions is 132.68″ x 182.28″. The exterior wall to wall dimensions is 137.40″ x 187″. The roof dimensions are 156.57″ x 206.18″.

    We called Westview Manufacturing after a storm destroyed our last gazebo. We were looking for something with a high wind rating and the Westview gazebo was one of the highest rated we could find. We are really happy with the service we received. We purchased the bracket upgrade kit for our gazebo and followed our sales representatives advice for anchoring the unit to our newly installed concrete pad.     We just received our Cordoba 12×16 gazebo and were very impressed with the whole process. I was a little nervous having to pick it up from the freight terminal, but they brought it out to us right away and we were loaded and out of there in about 20 minutes. Unpacking the big crate was quick and easy and we are setting it up this weekend. We can’t wait to put it to use.

    We are very impressed with our 12×16 Cordoba enclosure. I was worried the window tint was going to restrict the amount of light coming in, but my concerns were unfounded. Between the skylight and the taller windows, it is very bright and airy inside. We are very pleased and would recommend the Cordoba model to any of your customers.

    We love the flexibility of our Cordoba gazebo. We have already used it as a quiet room for my wife, a video games room for the kids when their friends come over and a change room for guests for our pool parties. We plan on using for a bug free, indoor eating space this Summer and it is a great place to store my golf clubs and fishing gear. I can’t wait to dream up more uses for it. Thanks Westview.

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping and Pickup Options

Orders are shipped FOB destination (third-party freight terminal or residence, depending on crate size) within the continental United States and Canada. Customers may alternatively make pick-up arrangements with Westview Manufacturing at Westview’s warehouse.
Please contact the Westview Manufacturing customer service line at 1-800-895-1972 for more information regarding alternate shipping arrangements.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be invoiced at the time the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may apply to terminal and alternate arrangement deliveries depending on the model size and restrictions due to the receiver’s location. Additional storage charges will be incurred for any shipments not picked up within the specified “free storage time” provided by Westview Manufacturing’s partner carriers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All pre-order and overstock sale items are not cancellable, not returnable, and deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellable orders that are requested before the customer receives the merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns and RMA Process

All returns must have a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization). To obtain an RMA, contact our customer service department at 1-800-895-1972 and have your invoice information available. The customer service department will provide you with details of where to ship the returned product.
Merchandise returns may only be shipped to our warehouse locations that are authorized to accept inbound merchandise. Terminal locations where your product was originally shipped from do not necessarily accept inbound merchandise, as many are outbound only.
Important: Do not ship the gazebo to the location where your unit was originally shipped. Westview will not provide refunds or be responsible for merchandise shipped to any unauthorized location or without a valid RMA.

Return Freight Charges

The customer is responsible for return freight charges. Freight charges for return shipments arranged by Westview Manufacturing will be provided to the customer prior to the shipment being picked up by Westview MFG’s partner carrier, and that amount will be deducted from the final customer refund.
