It is the perfect size to house our Endless Pool. The one suggestion I would make is that if you are buying this gazebo for a swim spa to get the rollaway cover for the swim spa rather than the flip cover. It gives you more room in the Brentwood. I am using this swim spa and Brentwood spa enclosure every day and loving it. I can’t imagine life without."

This is the most beautiful gazebo I have seen. I strung edison lights inside and the nighttime effect is really nice. No negatives.     string(1027) "It took about 2 months to get here. When I opened the Crate, I have to say I was very surprised at how well this was packed. Someone took great care in designing the shipping crate. I put the entire thing together by myself. It wasn't too difficult. I agree the written parts of the directions were vague, but you can figure everything out by the pictures. I would recommend getting some help lifting the roof section on top of the frame. That part almost got me :) It rained the day after the assembly was complete, there were NO leaks. Color me impressed. Some quick advice before you start assembly. First, DO read the manual front to back. It will give you a general idea of what it needed. Next, take all of the hardware out. It's great for keeping everything separate and labeled. Take your time. There's a lot of parts, so make sure you don't skip around. Follow the directions in the order they give you. I worked on this over a 3 day period for probably a total of 6 hours. Looking forward to a great season with this."

In my opinion Westview Manufacturing produce quality gazebos, solid construction, easy to assemble if you follow the step by step instructions, and once it’s completed it looks great! Can’t get over how much room there is in our Brentwood. Lots of windows so you almost have the feeling you are outside while enjoying being inside the gazebo. With the overall size of the windows you get a lot of natural light flowing thru. We love our new gazebo and I know we will enjoy using it for years to come. Thank you Westview!

    string(1276) "We couldn’t be happier with this gazebo. It arrived within a month of ordering, by freight. My husband put it together on a second story deck, by himself. It’s recommended to use two or more people, and definitely faster with more people. The directions were definitely vague, but it went together well and seems very solid. Although he assembled and screwed it down closer to our house for the summer, he moved it away from the house for winter, to avoid snow buildup against the house. We were able to fit two oversized chairs, large ottoman, a couch and 2 tables, with plenty of room to spare. We also hung a fan from the ceiling to help with hotter days.

The window screens were great for keeping bugs out! We sat in the gazebo during many strong storms without getting the slightest bit wet, and our furniture stayed dry all summer as well. We have absolutely no leaks from the roof. We’ve had this for six months now, and thoroughly enjoyed all the additional time we were able to spend outside, rain or shine, virtually bug free.

We’ve just had our first heavy snowfall. I am hoping it will hold up this winter, but really don’t doubt it will. We are very happy we purchased this gazebo, our only regret being not doing it sooner. Great quality."

The parts are labeled clearly and were packaged securely. The roof panels are a little difficult to get in with two people. A third person would be very helpful at this stage of the construction. I used concrete anchors to secure it on my concrete slab patio. The first night it was up we had about 3 inches of snow and the following two days we had thunderstorms and heavy winds. The gazebo held up perfectly throughout the 3 days. We had wind gusts over 30 mph and I saw no movement with the structure."

The only downside was that we had to wait over 2 months to receive our gazebo. This Ultrawood is something else, my husband dropped the ladder and it slid down a couple of the panels and left an ugly mark. I called Westview’s service line and they told me that with Ultrawood, the color runs throughout every piece so I was told to just lightly wipe the marks and sure enough the color was still there. If this would have been wood, we would have had to re paint the whole surface. Bravo Westview!"
