The Westview team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly.
I purchased my gazebo to install it on an existing concrete pad. Three people were needed some times to put it together but most of the installation can be done by one person. I used the caulk that came with the gazebo to caulk all the screws located on the roof. Nothing leaked after the first rainstorm. Make sure to follow the instructions, don’t tight the bolts too much until the entire gazebo is completely assembled and anchored. I had a concrete specialist anchor the gazebo. The snow rating, the wind rating were the selling point for me. I highly recommend this product. Could not been happier.

Have to keep up with the Jones’, so when both of my neighbors installed hot tubs in their backyards, I too had to get one. The icing on the cake though was when I purchased the Aspen gazebo for my hot tub. We just love it and now my neighbors are jealous! Look out Westview, I think they will be calling you soon.
Much has been said in all the reviews I have read about how solid and real looking this ultrawood is,…. after assembling my Aspen gazebo, I totally agree! I love the fact that it is virtually maintenance free, which is great as I want to enjoy my gazebo for many years without having to do any re-staining or touch ups every year.
The one and only time I had ever assembled anything was when I bought a desk from a big box store, it took me over 5 hours to assemble with a lot of cursing during that assembly. I was so happy to find that when I assembled my Aspen gazebo the instructions were so easy to follow and all I needed was a drill and a ladder. It was so easy, it took my partner and I only 6 hours to complete (and no cursing). Thank you Westview for a wonderful gazebo!
For once I am speechless, I cannot say enough about how much I love my new Aspen gazebo! It looks great from every angle and I have enough room for my hot tub, stairs and a small sitting area for two. Thank you Westview for making a great gazebo.
My wife say it’s too small, I tell her she’s silly, our Aspen 10×14 gazebo is the perfect size for hosting our bi-weekly card games with our friends. Enough room for large card table and chairs, a small bar and fridge. What else do you need!

Absolutely love our Aspen 10×14 Gazebo! We use it as garden office. The build quality was very good and it handled our first winter storm without any issues.
Setup took a bit more time than expected, but the instructions were clear. Once assembled, the Aspen gazebo became the highlight of our backyard as we use it for a tea house.
Westview really nailed the design on this one. The Aspen 10×14 feels solid and premium, not like the flimsy ones we’ve seen at the big box stores.
