The Brentwood 14×24 is a newly designed multi-functional building. It has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views.
The Brentwood 14×24 is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or hot tub, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or living space.
This building includes a two tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding glass lockable windows with optional tempered glass. There are 2 entrances, one French double door entrance made of made of heavy duty aluminum, and a secondary sliding door entrance on one of the other sides of the building. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the 14 foot front side and the sliding door entrance on the back side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation.
A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.
The interior wall to wall dimensions are 155 7/8” x 280 3/8” (3960 mm x 7120 mm).
The exterior wall to wall dimensions are 160 5/8″ x 285″ (4080 mm x 7240 mm).

I should have written this review earlier, but I’m glad I got to it before the holidays because this would be an amazing gift for a loved one. It’s absolutely stunning and gets compliments regularly. It’s also very well made and sturdy. You’ll want to secure it with the anchors provided on the foot posts. Great for all weathers and I’m confident you would use it at least 3 seasons like us!

We expanded our back patio and needed something to provide shade that looked nice, was functional and didn’t cost a fortune. Eventually we came across Westview’s gazebos. It took our team only a few short hours to have it put together and ready to use. The gazebo is absolutely gorgeous and just what our backyard needed. We were able to string lights and we even hung a fan under the gazebo so we can still enjoy it on hot summer days. We anchored the gazebo with the included bolts and trust me when I tell you that it’s not going anywhere. We live in an area prone to hurricanes and last year it stood up to hurricane force winds and didn’t budge! We are true believers in this product! We get so many compliments and have recommended the gazebo to friends and family. We really love it more than we expected, and we are so happy with our purchase. It has made our patio so enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Some bends on roof components apparently due to new company packing product, but this was dealt with in a friendly & prompt manner and problem was solved for future packaging. In my opinion Westview Manufacturing produce quality gazebos, solid construction, easy to assemble if you follow the step by step instructions, and once it’s completed it looks great! Can’t get over how much room there is in our Brentwood. Lots of windows so you almost have the feeling you are outside while enjoying being inside the gazebo. With the overall size of the windows you get a lot of natural light flowing thru. We love our new gazebo and I know we will enjoy using it for years to come. Thank you Westview!

My wife and I, and 2 teenage daughters just love our new Brentwood gazebo! Plenty of room for our hot tub, outdoor furniture and flat screen. My wife and I spend as much time as we can in here, basically whenever our girls aren’t in here with their boyfriends! Great place to relax after a hard day or week at work. 5 stars all around!
