The Brentwood 16×28 is a newly designed multi-functional building. The 16×28 is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This luxurious Brentwood building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views.
The Brentwood 16×28 is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall.
This building includes a two tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding lockable windows with optional tempered glass. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of made of heavy duty aluminum, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the 16 foot front side and the both sliding door entrances on the 28 foot left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the long 28 foot side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section because all of those sections are the same 1900 mm width.
A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.
The interior wall to wall dimensions are 179 15/16” x 328 3/8” (4570 mm x 8340 mm).
The exterior wall to wall dimensions are 184 5/8″ x 333″ (4690 mm x 8460 mm).

I was able to install the hot tub enclosure myself with the help of a friend. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and all the necessary hardware was included. It took us about half a day to complete the installation.

The gazebo looks great. Took 12 hours to put together, kids didn’t want to help. I’m glad I have a sturdy ladder to reach and support the roof sections during assembly. Directions were great which made for a simple step by step assembly. No parts were missing. I can’t recommend this gazebo enough. We use it with a fire table and a propane heater during this pandemic for get-togethers.

Beautiful gazebo! This gazebo is unbelievable! I ordered it online. It came out amazing. The company was fantastic and contacted me about when delivery would be here. The gazebo arrived in a timely fashion and was put together within three days. The gazebo is very sturdy and well-made. The parts fit together perfectly! It is better than expected! I live in the north east and was worried about the snow. This gazebo could handle plenty of snow! I would definitely recommend this gazebo to anyone. It is worth well more than I have paid.

My wife and I ordered our Brentwood gazebo a few months ago and it just arrived. I did not realize how large the crate was that the gazebo was packed in. They packed the crate, a layer at a time so it was quite easy to remove all the parts, maybe no more than 1 hour. The assembly instructions were great, easy to read and follow, and my wife and I and our neighbors had it assembled in just over 6 hours. Now we are all inside sipping on some chilled wine and enjoying our new gazebo. There is so much room that my wife is going to buy more furnishings for it!

I live in a relatively small town with lots of historic buildings and I wanted a gazebo for my back yard that reflect this look and I found my Brentwood gazebo online from Westview Manufacturing. It took some time before it arrived, but I had my handyman and his helper all lined up to install it. It is now set up, and I am enjoying every minute that I am in it. I’ve have decorated it with lot of antique furnishings, and I love it. Thank you so much Westview!

I am a skeptic, or at least I was. Westview MFG has made me a believer, at least in them. I had been in the market for a gazebo for months, then a good friend of mine told me about Westview’s fantastic gazebos. At this time, I was still very skeptical, but after many calls to Westview with dozens of questions I finally took the plunge and purchased a Brentwood gazebo. I received it not long ago and assembled it and wow, what a great structure. Solidly built with great 90 degree angles, large windows, I think it’s just perfect. I am no longer a skeptic, at least not with Westview and their products. All I can say is Thank You!

I made a smart investment when I purchased my Brentwood gazebo from Westview MFG. It can get awfully cold up here in Illinois, so I had an electrician bring power into my gazebo. I hooked up a couple of infrared heaters and a couple of mini fridges. I had so much room, even with my hot tub on one side, that I bought a golf simulator and installed it in my gazebo. Yup, now I can golf inside when the weather is bad, and relax in the hot tub after a round. What does my wife think of this you might ask, well she loves golf too so we spend many a weekend in our new oasis golfing a few rounds.
